Video: Bring three dimensional graphic art to the next level.
The idea behind this show was to put together artists with a similar background and styles that come together nicely.
Basically Heiko Zahlmann and me were thinking about who might be fitting next to him perfectly, as we have chosen to work with him primarily, due to our long friendship.
We had to figure out how much similarities would be ok to have a great show without creating a competition amongst the artists.
Our main source of artists was the urban art and graffiti/ post- graffiti scene, because we had the strong feeling that such a common background provides the content that can mostly be `felt`. We had the strong feeling that all the artists should mainly focus on non- figurative art, also avoiding typography.
Jan Kaláb and Graphic Surgery fit in perfectly with their approach to bring three dimensional graphic art to the next level.
